1. Nature of Our Service
Accommodations.lk is an open venue that allows advertisers to post advertisements related to accommodation rentals, bookings, and property listings in Sri Lanka. The website is owned and operated by [Varaprada Solutionz] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We act solely as an intermediary platform for listing advertisements. We are not involved in the actual transactions, negotiations, or agreements between hosts/advertisers and guests/renters.
2. No Liability for Content or Transactions
- Accuracy: We do not verify the truth, accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of the listings, nor the identity of the advertisers.
- No Vetting: We do not vet advertisers or guarantee the quality of the services provided.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from a booking, stay, or financial transaction is solely between the Advertiser (host) and the User (guest). We will not mediate disputes, nor shall we be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, or wrongdoing resulting from such transactions.
- Direct Contact: Once a User contacts an advertiser directly (via telephone, email, or external links), our involvement in that specific interaction ceases.
3. Rights to Manage Content
Accommodations.lk reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, refuse, or edit any advertisement for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Use of inappropriate, offensive, or illegal language.
- Spamming or fraudulent activity.
- Listings deemed to be misleading or harmful to our users.
4. User Responsibilities
By using this site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when posting advertisements or communicating with others.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Accommodations.lk and third parties.
- Take full responsibility for your interactions with other users.
Prohibited Conduct: Providing false details, posting “fake” or “bogus” accommodation ads, or impersonating another party is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report such activities to law enforcement and share your information with aggrieved parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
- Damages: In no event shall Accommodations.lk or its owners be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
- Release of Claims: By using this site, you release Accommodations.lk, its agents, and employees from any claims, liability, or causes of action arising from the sale, rental, posting, or submission of any listing.

7. Remedies
If you are dissatisfied with our service or do not agree with any part of this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of Accommodations.lk.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
